Our mission is not to facilitate transfers but to provide the correct regulated pension transfer advice. We adhere to the standards of the UK pension transfer gold standard.
The starting position is to assume that a transfer will be not be suitable. Once we have provided our advice, irrespective of the outcome, we will issue the Confirmation Of Advice (COA) letter to your pension scheme, if you so request.
However, if we recommend against a transfer but you still wish to proceed, we will not be able to assist you with any subsequent transfer. We also cannot guarantee that there will be any providers willing to accept a transfer in the event of advice against a transfer.
Please note, due to the three month guarantee limit provided for transferring, we have strict time limits within which we will accept instructions to advise. Further information is available on request. In the event that the remaining term of the Transfer Value is insufficient, you may need to ask the Scheme Trustees for an extension of the three month deadline or to request a new Transfer Value.
New Transfer Values frequently differ from previous ones and can go up or down. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent variations in value.
